We did a load of work for a macaroni-based street food vendor - loads of good reviews, decent following and ultimately bought out by an investor.However, when asking him about how he made it, expecting a story about handed-down recipes from an Italian grandmother - he told me "nah, we just buy 3kg bags of macaroni from Bookers"

I have also eaten from some shit ones but they are generally outweighed.
