Bailey looks like he's taken a tranquiliser or something.

Can't believe how uninvolved mcginn is.
Watkins is very quit also and missed a glorious chance.

We are still in this but think we will get a red card at some point

Newcastle are exactly what they were last year - ugly and effective.  We had a poor half but could easily have scored 3.  Fine margins.  I'm sick to death of us having these injuries, but Torres has looked very very assured so far in a tough introduction to this league.

Both free kicks that lead to the goals, were totally unnecessary, Watkins, Luiz and Diaby all missed 3 great chances.

The more I see it the worse that decision to let their 2nd stand is, Burn completely takes Cash out and despite watching it multiple times none of the officials saw a problem with it.

2 bad goals to give away but we should really be winning this. We look the much better footballing team but in front of goal it’s that lethal edge that we badly need.
Look good in possession but that injury to Mings is a proper kick between the legs. We have to invest there and if that’s at the expense of anywhere else then so be it.
What have we done to deserve these injuries? Still, we are still in it and if Bailey comes into the game then we have a chance.

I’m hoping Bailey goes out of the game.

Well I went in to this game thinking Cash and Bailey need upgrading and that half did shit all to change my mind.

Terrible first ten minutes. Just appalling. After that, we got a bit of control.  Mings got injured & the game became slow & scrappy. Already made my feelings about Bailey known. But he needs swapping for Philogene-Bidace. Especially after he tore all of their full backs a new on4 in America....

Shout out to to the ref for being a ******. Im not sure if there is actually a new initiative to allow contact but looking at that bleach blonde haired ballerina tumble over his own feet & the ref give foul after foul, along with that Brazilian with a battleships board shaved into his hair, it seems they can fall over & get decisions after having their safe space invaded, yet they are allowed to leave a foot in, or push & pull our players when they miss the ball & the ref allows it... Not to mention Cash being blocked from running back to make all 15 of their players who were in offside positions, to actually be offside...

******.

Granted the Martinez situation is debatable & with their fucking mouths whining at the stadium like its them thats been hard done by, this ref is just the man to crumble further under fan pressure & try & redress the balance as the home fans see it...

Again, ******...

Bailey, definitely.  Cash has qualities, but not sure he is 100% suited to this team under Emery.

The gulf in quality between Diaby and Bailey is huge. About a division, probably.
