Sorry. I'm always miles behind the conversation.

BTW, I've been hearing rumours we are interested in signing Mark Draper.

No transfer spree then, a sure sign we're going to have to cut our cloth accordingly. :(

We can expect to see Neil Taylor back soon, if so.

Still plenty of needle in this thread as well.

I'll ask my autistic nephew what he thinks of, the frankly great, teachers he has. I'm sure it'll be different.

Yeah because all autistic people are the same. Think about how that sounds applied to any other group.

Yeah because that's clearly what I think because I haven't spent multiple hours with him and loads of other autistic kids, sure. I'm absolutely sure it'll be different because I know how great his teachers are.

Could I suggest some people switch to the politics thread for this conversation?

He was my home economics teacher. All we ever made was quiche, quinoa and vegan sausage rolls. I'll tell you what though, we owned the means of production.

Dan Bardell has pet bunnies, like me and Mrs E, so I’ll never knock him.

By which I mean, as do me and Mrs E. We aren’t examples of, nor do we resemble, his pet bunnies.

Grouping someone by their beliefs being similar is self evidently sensible. Grouping people by their appearance, race, nationality etc and attributing similar beliefs is self evidently not.

In any event edgy clarified he did not mean that, and I apologise to him for the comment.

Back on topic.

Do Welsh players count as home grown? Or are they treated the same as say French players from a European game squad perspective?

Just wondering if we sign Johnson how it works.

You don't know much about the notoriously fractious left in British politics do you? Either way grouping people for any reason is shit when you're doing it to other them as an infestation as if they're some sort of vermin to be removed.

Totally agree.

With the exception of 'Brummie Reds'.

and yet born in Nottingham, played for England U16 and U17....

...plays for Wales.

which doesn't mean he isn't an English player, rather that he isn't/won't be an England player

Yes, because he chose to play for the Welsh national side... 🤨

I was looking this up the other day. Welsh count, Scottish don't.

Sure.

He's an autistic, lazy leftist teacher, who is English but pretends to be Welsh, he runs a Word Salad bar in Islington on the snide, as he's actually fully employed by a junior doctor in the NHS.

And he stamps on baby rabbits.
