I think we're witnessing Footy GPT since his comeback. Very sophisticated AI.

Surely Wes Edens basketball ownership will see us sign am NBA star for the No. 2 goalie position?

Like it, it would improve our chances of getting 3 points.

Certainly feels like it's déjà vu all over again.

If that's the case, those people that fear AI will eliminate their jobs will be sleeping a bit easier.

REAL MADRID NEWS Aston Villa interested in Real Madrid duo, have sent an ‘important offer’ to one player

https://madriduniversal.com/aston-villa-interested-in-real-madrid-duo-have-sent-an-important-offer-for-one-player/

In a major update, Santi Aouna of Foot Mercato is reporting that Aston Villa are pushing to sign Real Madrid duo Dani Ceballos and Marco Asensio, both of whom will be free agents in the summer.

Both Asensio and Ceballos see their current contracts expire on June 30, following which they would become free agents and can sign for any club of their desire.

However, the duo has been in negotiations with Real Madrid over a new deal, but there has been no agreement reached as of yet.

Aston Villa’s interest in Asensio is not new and reports had emerged earlier this week that Unai Emery was keen on recruiting the 27-year-old winger.

However, the Spanish international, as per the update from Santi Aouna, has doubts about a possible transfer to Birmingham and is currently prioritising renewing his contract with the Spanish capital outfit.

As for Ceballos, the report indicates that Aston Villa have already sent in a ‘very important offer’ for the midfielder. The 26-year-old has doubts about his continuity at Real Madrid due to his limited role in the side.

Stats don't tell the whole story, obv. But for an attacking midfielder three assists and no goals for Dani Ceballos this season doesn't look great - particularly with the amount of soft touch sides in Spain.

He managed the grand total of zero goals in 50 odd games for Arsenal back in 2019-21 during his last stint back in England n'all.

At Arsenal he played more as one of the defensive midfielders alonside Xhaka though.

Don't know much about players outside the Premier but the clips I have seen of Asensio he looks a real exciting player and clear upgrade over Bailey

Number one priorities, a right-sided version of Alex Moreno, and at least one top drawer forward.
