And I like how we're scraping for a loan of a piece of shit centre forward (and he is, he's fucking woeful) whilst Chelsea, only 15 points behind us and with huge FFP problems ahead, are buying Vlahovic for £70m.

Especially when they also say Vlahovic wants to play Champions League football next season.

He should go to Real Sociedad then.

What I'd love to see Villa do in the Summer:

Pau Torres- £30 Million
Nico Williams or Samuel Chukwueze - £40 Million
Ugarte or Guendouzi- £30-£45 Million
Lee Kang IN - £15 Million
Mateo Retegui- £18 Million

= No More than £150 Million

Good list up until the last two, not because I think they're bad but because I don't actually know much about them.

The first few would be welcome but I think we also need a right-back and another centre-half who's comfortable with playing out from the back.

Torres is central casting/the poster boy for that isn’t he?

Why are Sky so convinced Martinez is leaving?

probably because the last truly world class player we had did the same

times hopefully are different now but we have a track record

And same rules apply - no matter who they are or how good they are

If they do not want to play for us then off they can fuck - as long as we get the maximum top dollar for them

Mateo Retegui is a striker. Actually scored against England for italy in a recent Friendly on his debut. He scored 10 goals in 13 games in Argentina. Was Top Scorer last season. He loves scoring goals.

Lee Kang-In is a very gifted player playing in La Liga. Think Berando Silva type. Easy on the eye, very skilful and creative.
