If the two Emis aren’t back that would be an issue and put a different spin on my optimism

Surely they will be back in time to play.  As it’s not just Villa it would effect - missing Argentinian players could effect some of our betters and there’s no way that would be allowed

If they are away - I think we just give the gloves  to mings so he can play as normal but use his hands if needed

Don't care how tired or hungover Martinez is, he simply has to play. I presume the Donk is back available, any word on Kamara and Coutinho? Young will come back in for Cash.

I'm going for a 2-1 Villa win.

There's a lot of confidence which makes a change to see. This will be a difficult game, harder than people think.  A draw and that would be a good point.

I think Stamford Bridge is one of the easiest grounds to get the fans agitated.

This is exactly the problem. Never be confident. We will always fuck it up.

Obviously Olsen in goal would put a slightly different spin on things.
I can’t see Unai doing that considering Olsen will have a very long tiring flight from Stockholm and will be jet lagged due to massive time difference. No, I think he will stick to Emi as he will be fresh as a daisy after that take off and land little breezer from Buenos Aires.

Buenos Aires is only a four hour time difference so no excuses. They're only playing Curaçao anyway so they should field the reserve keeper and let Dibu head back to B6 asap.

Brilliant.  Cash gets injured, and is out of the game. Martinez and Buendia are on the other side of the world and don't arrive home until late Friday night. And bloody hell, what sort of state is McGinn now going to be in between now and Saturday?

Won’t this be the same for most clubs and worse for others?

I wasn't being entirely serious (hence, in particular, the final sentence of my post).

Aha! I see, I was a bit slow there.
