3 points today would be excellent - and really help, with 2 tough games after it!

Think it will be tough - but lets go!

I'm looking forward to this one for some reason.

That's not usually a good omen.

Omen is we'll get and score a Penalty

The omen is that he likes to give us a penalty!

Indeed, usually spend the whole night moaning about how stressful their job is (apart from BE obvs, he's great craic).

And Axl of course. My bad! :-[

What waa that about in the last match. There was a drone in the previous game, which was not acceptable because it caused a disruption. Did they ever apprehend the perpetrators? It would be unfair to single out Southampton, but I believe that if deliberate on stoppages and that if people are interfering with Premier League matches knownto club then a rule needs to be out in place. No-fly zones are not feasible, but this could become a widespread problem.

I've also heard Everton fans enjoy setting off fireworks at opponents hotels the night before a game. I'm glad it didn't seem to work because Everton rarely won, but these instances of people attempting to influence or interfere with matches are disturbing.

These sorts of things are not acceptable and seems to be the morden alternative to hooligans brawling in the pubs.

I'd say it would be almost impossible to catch the drone operators, and you're right it has got the potential to be a problem. Some of the drones have a range of 5 miles or more, so you could be sat in your garden shed in Small Heath with absolutely no chance whatsoever of being seen, forcing a match to be held up.

Just as well Jimmy Hill isn't still around.

Is Bad English an English Teacher?  ???

Bad English: English/French English teacher.

During the World Cup I note he was very much a French English teacher.

As one would be, I suppose.
Deschamps' Bleus or Horseface's Engerland? I was torn asunder, honestly. But I'm definitely 100% France, win or lose. I'll glory-hunt if Engerland ever do well though.

Also, Baldy, I teach English in the French Éducation nationale, secondary system so I'm the equivalent of your old French/Spanish/German teacher but with less cleavage/no leather elbow-pads¹
