The Steven Gerrard 'Simply the Best' mug that was a Christmas present last year went in the skip this week.

Sounds more like a "Rangers" mug than a Villa one. Was it a bitter Glaswegian that gave it to you after he left them?

Woke up this morning with a good feeling about today…. Stuck a few of quid on a 3-1 home win for old times sake!
Perfect day!
Also, special shout out for Unai. Solid tactics and seems a genuinely lovely bloke in the interviews he’s done - Really pleased that he’s ours.
Now let’s do those cretins again on their own patch in midweek!

Explain this non -decision PGMOL:

Video removed, what was it?
I'll gues Martinez giving Bailey an elbow to the ribs and nothing happening from the ref.

Martinez assaulting Bailey. Goes into him once, then again and finally once more for good measure with an added elbow in the guts just in case.

Andy (Wythenshawe Red) Taylor trots over, checks on Leon and then carries on without speaking to Martinez, Tye linesman or the Stockley Park blind school.

I had Villa 2-0 , Bailey first goal scorer . Would have paid £150 for a £2 bet. I don't give a flying f*ck though. A win and the manner of the win is way more important.

Lee Hendrie on comms was loving Martinez endless assaults all over the pitch. I know he wants to sound impartial but was pretty bizarre.

That was the first time I’ve watched Villa beat Man Utd at home in a league game.

The last win was two months before I attended my first game.

Great day brilliant performance but what was going on with the traffic? It has never taken that long to get home, every road I tried seemed just rammed.

Never ceases to amaze me a decade of almost irrelevance and they are still just such a detestable, scumbag club. Them and their endless trail of sycophantic starf*ckers. It had that feel at times in the second half with ref and officials being blasé about some underhanded stuff.

Get a dog up ya Manure!

What side of the ground was that?

Handsworth was a bit busy but no major hold ups.

I’ve had a terrible week this week. Heath, work and personal. Was dreading this game but feel like we have our villa back and takes me back to that 12 year old under Little when villa were becoming a force of nature
