That is probably the reason he was sent straight out on loan, not adhering to the 'structure or control', direct running and getting shots off, totally not in the script!

Maybe Emery has lost the plot.
Stuff I am struggling to understand.
Watkins playing regardless to a level of ineptitude it has become an embarrassment.
Buying then not playing Tammy, what was the point?
Selling Malen.
Not playing Lindelof.
Sticking with a 2 man defensive midfield which is obviously not working.
Playing Bailey.
