The problem with posters like Levico is they're nowhere to be seen when we win.

The current situation is like strongly suspecting that your hitherto messiah is in fact a very naughty boy. It rocks your faith in the football future.

I’ve never been a huge fan of his style of play, it’s really tedious but when you keep winning game after game you put up with that and salute the tremendous progress he’s brought to the club.

Now we have the tedium, poor individual performances and terrible results.
Something has to give. This week is crucial, particularly the Southampton match.

Tedious, really?

When we're on it, we're one of the most entertaining teams in the league to watch - say pretty much all neutrals, too.

Yup - another case of narrative overtaking reality. When we’re in form we play some superb stuff.

We do but it has been absent for a while now, I have not seen the pass and move with players automatically moving into space like we did last season.

Regardless of tactics, formations and being figured out etc etc if your main  striker is not putting the ball in the net you will not win the match. Watkins has had 8 chances in the last 3 matches and scored once.

That is quite a stat.
He should be dropped.

If there's ever a manager you know will turn it around, it's Emery.
How do you/we know that?
Anyone else you'd rather have? He's proven himself time and again. We're just having a (longer than anyone would like) blip.
You have not answered the question. When and where has Emery previously sorted a mess of his own making?

With friends like you, who'd need enemies?! 😉
I don’t give a stuff. Who the f*** are you?

Apologise or banned. The choice is yours.

He hasn’t apologised yet, Dave.
See the context of my original tongue in cheek post - I was following a mildly amusing theme and Mr Drummond attacked me with both feet. Unnecessary.

That problem becomes even worse when the wide attacker, number 10 or midfielders aren't putting the ball in the net either.

That’s because I’m pissed. Almost teetotal this season.

Got to say I agree with Chicago. Ever since Archer scored for Sheff Utd, when we could have gone top we've gradually been on a slide. Had a couple of horrible ones against Newcastle and Spurs at home last spring and made hard work of finishing 4th. A magnificent achievement but it was our early season form that got us a CL place. Kamara getting injured was a blow, and our game management has disappeared somehow since. I think we need a good January transfer window to sort it.

It hasn’t been absent that long - the defensive play is an issue but the attacking play up until the last month has been good. I don’t know if Unai has ever turned things round, but looking at how he works and what he’s done I’m sure he can. We’re having a tough time, but we’ve still got a lot of good players and an incredibly successful manager. Balance of probability he’ll sort it.
