As far as I'm concerned this is the most important signing we can make.  As long as hes' here the possibilities are endless.

Great news - and well done to everyone involved.  UTV

Should be enough time for one Champions League trophy at least before we move into the 80,000 capacity Emery Bowl

Fantastic news!

However, this bit can't be right, can it?   with Emery also given the authority to bring in a Spanish-speaking contingent of over two dozen, working closely on first team matters.

I see your reaction as a matter of concern, indeed.

Great news, although a tad surprised it's only a 2 year extension.

Fingers crossed it isn't something we have to deal with for a long time but with how the club seems to built around Unai I do hope we have contingency plans just in case, rather than we're left in a complete mess.

I'd be keeping a copy of the Bournemouth managers CV on file just in case.

Going to look at prolonging it further in the Summer. According to Ornstein.

A link was posted a few pages back stating that Villa intend to sit down with Unai this summer and extend his contract even further. I guess this extension was just to keep the Wolves away from the door.

Between the owners and Emery, they’ve seen a problem on the horizon and instantly solved it.

All the churn and chaos from managers moving this summer will be nothing to do with us. We will just crack in with getting bigger and better.

Well done all.
