See he mentioned about how good Baily's performance against Everton and needs to do it every week, also said the performance at Newcastle wasn't very good for everyone especially for Bailey, what a manger

A year ago tomorrow we were losing 1-0 at home to West Ham and looking clueless, and had these words of wisdom from our manager after the game

Quote
"The only thing we can do now is act and try to put it right. I am all in to make that happen and my staff are but it has to come from within the players as well and the players have got to really stay together and find results now to move us up the table.

Quote
"We either feel sorry for ourselves and it continues or we roll our sleeves up, stick together and try to put it right. I need to lead that and that is what I'll try to do."

That's now 31 games without a 0-0, I wonder how long it'll keep going for.

I think that since the 0-0 against Everton 21st May 2021 we've had the grand total of two 0-0 games. Which is some going.

Helps as well that under Unai we've only failed to score in 2 games.

What an absolute plonker he was.

Since Unai Emery took charge in November 2022, only Manchester City (10) and Arsenal (9) have won more Premier League away games than Aston Villa (7).

And to think we were all wondering what the fuck he was doing playing 3 at the back!

Imagine if we actually backed him with some proper money.

And probably would more if it wasn’t for pesky FFP

And there is no way players rated at around £100M will come to us till we are in the CL, even if could work around FFP. At the moment owners are doing the best job they can.
