What do the seperate numbers in brackets mean? Unai is their manager of the year and 7 was his previous peak? The music charts don't mean anything now, so  I'm out of practice following the stats.

When they last did it a couple of months ago they thought that Arteta, Silva, Howe, Frank, ten Hag and de Zerbi had all done better than him this season up to that point so they had him seventh.

They now think he's done better than all of them this season. They had Gerrard 31st of 32 back then, Lampard's achievements at Chelsea mean that he's now 38th out of 40.

I would have placed Lampard at 41.

F365 have done one of their occasionally amusing "ranking the performance of all 40 (!) Premier League managers this season"

This is the only manager ranking table you need:

Brilliant

Allardyce 14th on that list without even managing a single game yet!

The only reason I could think for Unai to be considered so high is that he'd eat on the toilet because he could then spend more time working.

Newcastle are only above us on games drawn you know. We've got the same number of wins - 16 (sixteen!) - as they do.
Good point, the Media have been hailing Newcastle as second coming of Barca 2008/9.

Yeah, I couldn't take it seriously when I saw that. Moyes is smashing down those crisps where you add your own salt and Mason is on the quavers.

Love this bloke. Asked if not getting into Europe isn't the end of the world as we are probably ahead of pace and allows to build a structure, our Unai said no he wants more matches than less. Practice can also be more games. Many is obsessed with getting us to the top.

Also loved how he said he wants to manage us in the Champions League.
