I've been reading around and in some quarters there's a perception that Emery is an excellent cup manager but not a league manager. Fine by me, we're not going win it anyway but progress and a couple of trophies will do me very nicely.

Emery has something to prove whereas I fear Pochettino would’ve though he was doing us a favour.
