Since the Arsenal game we've conceded 1 in 5 games, and that was a penalty.

And even that wasn’t a penalty

Me too...
he's not here for a walk in the park; he wants to take us to the top, and I think that he believes he can. Done well so far.

I have decided that I want to keep him till at least the end of this season. There you go, can't be fairer than that.

Done well is an understatement. He has done a simply superb job in all respects and we look a completely different outfit - and he hasn’t even had a preseason or summer transfer window yet.

All hail Unai!

Not bad saying he's taken over a squad that only avoided being bottom 3 on goals scored and has only signed 1 player that's regularly been involved in the first 11. Interested to see what he can do once he has chance to make a few key signings, integrate the younger players and have a full pre-season with them.

Another stat that is QI is that in the 15 league games, Arsenal are the only side to score against us 85 mins on. And that was a fluke and then the keeper up for a corner. It's ingrained in us to think it will be very Villa to concede late goals, and yet it's actually not really happening for once.

God, can you imagine if he won us a cup? I don't want to expect it next season but...it feels that if we can't do something good with this chap and the backing of the owners, we never bloody will.*

I think the big difference is you can see the team spirit.
They are all buying into what he is doing.
I must admit I was a bit concerned when we lost the 3 on the bounce but then what a recovery.
McGinn looked finished under Gerrard.  Now look at him.

We clearly won’t win every game, but with Unai in charge I believe there’s a plan and consequently a chance in every game. He’s top class.

I take it this is a reply to this ludicrous opinion

We clearly won’t win every game
