It’s not the half time tonking I feared. Infact, it’s the most disciplined I have seen Villa play in quite a while.

My big fear is that we know they can literally turn on the tap and score. However, generally, at half time… much more positive about this performance.

Much better last 10, let’s build on the second half, stay tight first ten but believe in ourselves more going forward. They were making mistakes. Just need to make our changes at the right time. Come on lads..UTV

Think that's the key. No good putting all this effort in to be wilting between 65-70 minutes.

Man. City have Mahrez and some other guy so they will be put on at some stage, we must respond quickly.

This isn't meant to sound negative but after that hard fought first half, the most Villa thing ever would be to conceded inside the first three minutes of the second half and totally collapse.
