He made 36 appearances for us, I feel like I remember about three of them.

Farewell. Probably the most unathletic player I can remember. I mean he wasn't bad, he just ran like he was.

Newcastle at home, 3-0, he bossed it. Likewise Brentford 4-0 and Ure, 3-1 in Emery's first game. Why only remember the aberrations? Why hate...

I just don't think he was technical enough for Emery's tactics. He never looked particularly comfortable on the half-turn, for instance, when taking the ball from a defender. Kamara's made the odd mistake doing the same thing but he's a lot more technical.

Fate is a fickle thing. His sublime back heel to put us 2-0 up in front of the Stretford End would have gone down in Villa folklore had we gone on and won the game. It’s now going to be forgotten due to the shit show that followed it.

And is a confident driver.

He'll have the newborn in a robust baby-seat, fingers-crossed.

Yet another bit of evidence for how poor Gerrard was. Just look at his signings;

Chambers - told he can go.
Coutinho - sent away, told he can go.
Olsen - pretty sure he's on his way out.
Dendoncker - on his way out.
Digne - told he could go (though possibly redeemed himself after injury to Moreno)
Carlos - bad luck on his injury, but probably would have had Longlet's role this season had Mings not been injured.
Kamara - got sent off at Brentford, making Gerrard directly responsible for us not being top at Christmas and losing to a mid-table team at Old Trafford.  ::)

And Gerrard was only here a bloody year!
Don't forget he signed Villa legend Jacob Bednarek on loan!

Give it two months the baby will have its own scooter.
