The very definition of a panic buy. He's absolutely shite. A Belgian Danny Drinkwater.

Not remotely like that

Its exactly like that, I'm more than comfortable having this on the first page of the thread as you'll all be saying the exact same thing in a few games.

I live amongst the dingles and to a man they have all wanted him gone for the past 18 months.

If he at least tackles the opposition as they slice through our midfield rather than waving a white surrender flag then it will have been a good signing

Seems like a decent bit of business at the price.

His name sounds worryingly similar to ‘donkey’

I'd thought that, shades of poor old "Useless" De La Cruz.

Good player, good signing. Belgian international. A bit of good news.

Dendoncker plays regularly for Wolves and Belgium. That is a world away from Drinkwater and not having played for Burnley for two years because he got beaten up for being a twat in a nightclub.

Underwhelming. Dropped from Wolves team after couple of horrendous games this season and now offloaded.

Haha. Now I'm worried! Hope you're well, fella. I'm getting nicely battered on a nice bottle of warm sake with yakitori.

Yes, 17 appearances for Belgium since the start of last year, so I guess he can't be so terrible; well at least before he gets here!

Sounds good then, thanks. 27, so should be pretty much at his peak. Covers two "need" positions.

He was ace on Football Manager when younger, so I'm positive

Maybe a similar player to Soucek. We also badly needed some height in the team for set pieces. Think this is a solid enough buy to partner with Kamara. He's not going to be much of a playmaker but an upgrade on Nakamba surely.
