We will score first and be winning at half time - but will lose 2-1

I'm going with my Gooner mate tonight so in with the Tarquins. I think it might turn out to be a long night.

Got to get up at 2.30 am for this one.
Not sure about that yet.
Just hoping that we can give them a game and put in a decent performance and a narrow defeat as a minimum, like Fulham in their last game.
Might get up for the second half thinking on it.

My thoughts too,,,grab a goal, concede 1 two minutes later, then concede another  in the second half.

Quite happy that Partey isn't playing for several reasons. Put a marker on Odegaard and I think we can get something
Yes, probably a red card

Strange you say that but I was sat staring into space this morning and found myself thinking, I reckon Kamara will get sent off tonight.

Annual reminder that Tarquin is the name of history's most famous rapist.

Out of order

The rape of Lucretia and tipping point for the downfall of the Roman Kings and the subsequent establishment of the Res Publica.

All likely myth, although rape features quite heavily in Roman foundation history/myths.

Tarquin Superbus is however the origin of the Arsenal fans sobriquet rather than his likely fictional son, the rapist Monty refers too.

Fuck yes, pre-Republican Roman history, in the match thread and not even that wildly off topic.

3-1 Villa.

Reckon I’ll be back in the pub in Finsbury Park well before the final whistle.

Fulham gave these plenty of it last weekend. Yes, Fulham. If we have anything about us we should be doing the same. Match them up 4231. Nakamba in next to Kamara. I assume Luiz might be left out if there is any truth in these Athletico bids. Maybe give McGinn another go further up the pitch and he can help Watkins out with pressing from the front.

I'm looking forward to this as much as any game we played under Remi Garde or Eric Black.
