This guy bugs the hell out of me. Speaks like my old man when he answers a phone call, like he's reading off a script - Comes across as a proper manchild.

Just never going to get these 'influencer' types who just see themselves as self-elected spokespeople for our club.

Exactly, hence "they look too much like a standalone 'A' for Arsenal to me" rather than "it's an 'A', whers' the 'V'?

Looks like some hideous American rounders club badge.

You on about Justin? He gets absolutely torn to shreds on Twitter but I've never seen him do or say anything worthy of it. Just seems like a normal, bald Villa fan to me.

I bought a t-shirt from the club site the other week. Lo, one t-shirt, two badges.

The new one is better than the one before, but still shit. But I would accept it if the star was removed.

I'm guessing that new AV is what will be used for next season when we get the Varsity Jackets and baseball range that the other Adidas Clubs currently have.

Yeah, I was thinking it’s probably going to be a drop-in replacement for the AV150 logo.

I think I prefer it to the current crest to be honest - not as the main on-shirt crest, but as a design in it's own right.

It feels appropriate for it's most likely use on caps and varsity jackets etc.

It reminds me a bit of the M symbol the Dragonball characters get on their foreheads when controlled by Majin Buu.
