As for our new one it’s just shite, badly designed shite done by an amateur.

Could be worse, I guess.

Its the worst one we've ever had.

The Blues crest is great BTW. Unique, well designed and recognisable.

Yeah? I think it looks like someone had an accident with some blue paint.

Agreed on both counts (apart from when the latter is cheap golden tat).

Do we suddenly have to be kind to them because they're down on their luck, is that what's happening? I thought it was universally acknowledged that their crest is an absolute puddle of arse gravy?

I still can't believe that they can just ignore the whole 2022-23 process, discard the badge we voted on that was designed by the crowd who did the PSG badge (which has actually become associated with our best season since 1997 btw) and present us something that is so clearly based on the hated Lerner logo associated with our years of decline.

I mean, why do we have to put up with this crap. It's weak and it's divisive. Could they not at the very least manage a claret lion

No. It's just my opinion mate. Same time I said they had better training wear cos they have Nike not Castore.

That should be sorted next season though.  8)

I like that one that's been registered lately, (although I think its only the wierd monochrome one that was registered this week.) But my problem is that stupid f**king star. Just throws the whole thing off. Every single badge design will look stupid with that star in it as far as I'm concerned.

I know I know, I was only kidding, mate. I just can't believe anyone would think their crest is any good! I've always thought it was one of the most ugly, nondescript crests in the professional game.

It's as though someone has looked at the current one and thought "how can we make this worse?".  I would love to know the thinking behind it to be honest, as I just can't see how anyone can look at that and think it looks good.

To be fair to them, I can't think of many badges that look like theirs, not off the top of my head. I mean there might be a reason for that, but it feels unique to me. Maybe my knowledge of football badges is just piss poor. I don't like it, mind.

To be fair, there's a lot of things about them that are unique.
