Wood to score of course.

Kieran Trippier could  be out. Big plus for us.

We showed at Everton we're actually ok with conventional attacking, it was the specific approach of Leeds exploiting our spaces with quick interplay, something they're well versed in, that caused us problems the other night, and it's something I don't worry about too much with Chris Wood.

I'd play Hause, Konsa's absence this time may be a blessing as Hause is by far and away our strongest defender in the air, and I'll reckon we'll burst their little bubble with a 3-1 win.

Chris Wood hasn't scored yet for them yet.  If you could play any team in the world to break your duck sure it would be us?

100 per cent ! Me and my non Villa fan dad joke about this all the time with us.

The hope I’m clinging to is Newcastle were “ due a win” and that came last week

My gut feeling is that Cash will do OK against Maximin. We'll also have too much going forward for them, especially if we have the pace of Bailey and/or the trickery of Traore to come in should Coutinho (still not quite sure I believe I'm typing that) or Buendia not be fit.

Villa win 0-3  I think we’re being a bit harsh on them after Leeds, who are a much better side than Newcastle. We were superb for a lot of that game and if we’d gone in at 3-1 I think we would have won comfortably. I said for Leeds that Ings should be starting and he surely must for this but I’d keep McGinn and Luiz in.

When you look at the line up they put out against Everton, it is not exactly frightening. Maximin being the obvious exception.

I felt a draw coming for the last match.

I think we will win this one.

I think Mings is on his last chance before being dropped.

We'll be OK and win this game.

2-1 to us.

Would have been a no brainier win for us a few weeks ago but after our defensive display on Wednesday, a draw would be a good result.

No chance of that happening.

They'll be full of themselves after beating Everton.  Contain them initially, then pick them off.
We will win this.

I've voted for Villa, standard, but this has banana skin written all over it. Hoping for us to look organised and interested as we were a few games ago. On paper I think we should be favourites but when is it ever that simple.

Assuming he’s out Emi B is a massive loss for us.

An unbelievable exception
Have you seen this guy?
He's like Neymar, Mbappe, Grealish and Adama rolled into one!
I'm afraid this lot are going to dominating with Man City in 18 months. And probably have those 4 in the squad!
