Really impressed with Kaine Kesler-Hayden this evening. Some good tackles a great cross and a lovely goal. Good positional play. He's got a good future I reckon.

Its fantastic these loaned out players performing and gaining the experiences and success.
I do hope there will be pathways for them and even by 20 years old it's good enough to be involved in the squads
Its interesting to see as they all seemingly have great potential and hopefully they can become integrated in the next few years into first team set up.
To me they could well all be players who are going to have football league careers for sure and hopefully now we are making that premier legaue careers rather than league one and league two or some solid championship club.
I think in time Villa could be quite  Chelsea like where every other club seems to have one on loan.
I just would like us to play some in our own team as well as probably making some good money on players

Hayden Starts for MK Dons away at Charlton
A. Ramsey Starts for Cheltenham away at Ipswich
Revan Starts for Hereford away at Curzon Ashton

Great overview of their appearances yesterday thanks for that Steamin.
Just a note on their respective ages
Louie Barry 18 (19 in the summer)
Kesler 19 (20 October)
Ramsey 19 (recently!)
Dominic Revan 21 (22 September)

Certainly for the first 3 the next 18 months staying injury free and professional can be pushing for moving into 1st team squad and 1st team in a year or two.
Revan still has opportunities but he's at a non league club and ideally needs to be playing higher level if he's to make premier league grade within the year or two.

JJ Ramsey, Chukwuemeka, Iroebunam, Chrisene already in the senior squad.

Archer, Philogene-Bidace, Davis, Kessler-Hayden, Barry and A Ramsey all doing well out on loan.

Really encouraging.

Yeah, it does look very promising for the younger lads.  As it stands, Barry, Kesler-Hayden, Archer, and A.Ramsey all look like they'll be able to put decent careers together.

Revan - it'll be hard for him, I expect, to progress at Villa.  Things can change rapidly, of course, but I'd be inclined to say that players who aren't playing regular football in the Championship (or higher) at 21 probably aren't going to spend much of their careers in the top division.

It's nice to see us using the loan market as well as we have this season.  We've got 4 players who 12 months ago you'd say were nowhere near the first team, and now there's 2 that are on the cusp of the first team this summer (Archer & Kesler Hayden) and another 2 who are maybe 12 months off (Barry and A.Ramsey) being in the same position.

Good summary and thoughts.
Promising indeed. A worry that SG wants the fast track and big names in for his ready made 4-3-3 let's play like Liverpool but we must upgrade the squad philosophy but looks like plenty of talent there and hope pathways are given to them.

Expect Revan to forge a decent enough career but perhaps not at Villa in coming seasons hope he gets to play at decent level served the academy well , decent guy from what I heard.
