Yeah, it does look very promising for the younger lads. As it stands, Barry, Kesler-Hayden, Archer, and A.Ramsey all look like they'll be able to put decent careers together.Revan - it'll be hard for him, I expect, to progress at Villa. Things can change rapidly, of course, but I'd be inclined to say that players who aren't playing regular football in the Championship (or higher) at 21 probably aren't going to spend much of their careers in the top division.It's nice to see us using the loan market as well as we have this season. We've got 4 players who 12 months ago you'd say were nowhere near the first team, and now there's 2 that are on the cusp of the first team this summer (Archer & Kesler Hayden) and another 2 who are maybe 12 months off (Barry and A.Ramsey) being in the same position.
