Bit worried that Maddison seems to be coming into a bit of form as he usually plays well against us, but based on Wednesday I'd go 2 or 3-1 to us.

It's also safe to say that there will be nothing but love for Albrighton - a player who should never have been allowed to leave during the crazy years.  I'd also bet that he values his subsequent Premier League and FA Cup winners medals a damn sight more highly than anything the mercenaries at Oil City have ever won.

Albrighton is a proper Villa man and deserves a good reception.

I was absolutely chuffed for him when LCFC won the league. Not good enough for Villa, am I?... I'll show them...

We've only drawn once all season which is refreshing in a way as we did that all too often under managers who struggled to break teams down (Gregory/O'Neill).

Win or lose, our games this season have had a clear definition to them.

I think we're due a D against a talented but incosistent team. 2-2.

I do like the idea of giving Albrighton a great reception at Villa Park as he's played here for Leicester many times and has pretty much been ignored. I know I'll get pelters for this but if he had developed in the same way Grealish did and the club were offered 100 million for him don't you think he would have gone the same way Grealish did?

We should be targetting a win here, Leicester's form is poor

Yep, I'm pretty sure he would have.  But we'll never know.

Leicetser are struggling really and we should be looking for a win

We're getting to the stage where selection will be really tough as so many players are looking good.  If Targett is out though leftback will be a problem - can young handle 3 games in a week?

I quite like the look of Luke's team above
              Martinez
Cash    Konsa   Mings    Targett
   Sanson    Nakamaba    Luiz
  McGinn   Watkins     Buendia

But equally happy with Ramsey (if fit) or Young (if he can handle the minutes) starting.  I also wouldn't be against ElGhazi or Bidace starting if he wants to keep McGinn in the 3.

Great to have options.

Somebody a few days ago suggest playing McGinn as one of the 10's, I really like this train of thought.

                                                                  Martinez

Cash                                         Konsa                           Mings                                     Targett

                                                                 Nakamaba
                                                    Sanson                     Luiz

                              McGinn                                                                    Buendia
                                                                   Watkins
I'd be happy with this, with JJ and Chuky getting walk-on parts (well, walk-on in Chuky's case, according to some here!).
