Player of the Season is based on how many times you win Man of the Match, isn't it? In which case, McGinn unlikely to win as he always gets subbed after an hour or so.

There was that season (11-12?)  Stephen effin Ireland won it on the back of "x" least shit performances to garner POTM. I think they changed it back to a vote after that.
