I think Cash gets more stick than he deserves.  He is a bit limited but solid enough.  The only thing that drives me a bit mad is when he shoots from weird angles. The other thing is that he rarely stops a cross coming in but that’s more to do with the way we set up so narrowly (it’s the same with Digne).

Selling another player to a team looking to finish around the European places would seem stupid if we’re not getting a better player in.

Konsa fills that role a lot better and is less prone to give the ball away in critical moments.

Why doesn't Emery play him there then?

When Cashy joins his next club I won't begrudge him when he says "It's great to have license to get forward now cos my attacking instincts were curbed for years ".

He did, and now he has reverted to Rash for some reason.

After bearing witness to Matty Cash's attacking instincts prior to Emery joining I think it's a wise move as ever from the boss to curb them.

💯 For a former winger his use of the ball, often in great positions, is/was really poor.

In days of yore, the idea of a winger was to beat the full back on the outside, and put a cross in from the byline.

Cash has his in his locker, but it seems he has been coached to pull back onto his left foot. This has led to goals a few times, but it makes defenders' work much easier.

Not sure how he was subbed at 23 mins when he scored on 27 mins.  He was subbed at half time so could still be an injury. Still good job you know your Stamp duty.

How do you mean? Cash should have offered to buy the flat on behalf of Angie? Walked past the morning she quit, graffiti all over the gaff.

He’s injured his quadriceps after a kick.  He tried to play on but made it worse apparently.  Manager forced him off at half time.  It’s a big bruise apparently.  So out until January then.

Can we disallow player wages for PSR when they're out injured? For what good is a player with an impaired body?

I think the Polish FA has to give some compensation but not entirely sure how it works. Obviously many countries wouldn't be able to afford to dish out Premier League wages.
