He might be out of it again for Sunday, but he's in it until training tomorrow.

Oh I really hope it's Bailey 23/24 season, that would be very welcome with us not being able to play in the transfer market and our injuries in the midfield. You never know it might just be what our mis-firing strikers need.

Bailey for the Unai half of 22/23 season would be perfectly acceptable, too.

I realize this Leon Bailey likely is a thing of the past but there are some good memories here. Maybe there is still a goal or two left in his Villa story.

They said the same thing about Elvis ion 1968 before he did the Comeback Special.

One can only hope Leon has some great hits like Elvis did after 1968. But I can’t see it as I have a suspicious mind.

I watched his last match highlights and to be fair he was very good especially playing more central. I assumed they did their usual scam of not crediting assists if the pass took a slight deflection but opta credited it days later.

He's in form for Sunday but there's zero chance he stays fit until May.

He’s a good option to come off the bench if we are chasing a goal.

I think he should (hopefully) have the attitude to want to really kick on, his loan didn't work out, so this is almost like a "go on, Leon, prove yourself" - he's got less competition for places this time around compared to the back end of last season where he had Malen, Rashford, Asensio, McGinn, Rogers etc - we're lighter in the attacking midfield areas.
