If Bailey is our best winger, we really are struggling. Hopefully, coming back will do him and us, some good. Need Unai’s motivation to get him going.

Watching him last season my biggest takeaway was that he still had the legs and could take on anyone, but if he skinned one player he'd have to do another, then miss the obvious pass, lose the ball and they'd counter. It was unbelievably frustrating.

When he’s good, he will be a good asset but it doesn’t happen often enough. Hoping for a better stint from him because there’s a player in there somewhere.

Are we really pretending Bailey is going to actually perform and won't get injured after two short appearances?

Him being recalled is better than seeing that absolute donkey Guessand though so there's some positive.

He is flaky as fuck when it comes to picking-up knocks. Like Sancho, you wonder how motivated he is to be fit for games after a couple of big contracts. Fucking wingers, are any of them made of tough stuff?

And he's in the squad for tomorrow. Emery stated there's no acclimatisation needed as he knows us, and that he's fit.

Especially as we are not playing.  Should play well.

Technically Drum is correct as the squad will travel to Tyneside tomorrow.
