Now that Bailey's gone, we don't have a wide player that will stand on the touchline. Malen is the closest thing we have to it now, and even then, he drifts inside when without the ball. We need width.
What's the obsession nowadays to have left footed wingers on the right side and right footed the other??Means all they want to do is cut inside and if/when they do get to the byline the cross is inevitably crap because it's on the weaker foot.This drives me mad.
I hope he goes there and does well. Gets a fresh start. There was off field stuff (much of his own doing if you believe what has been written) that likely contributed to his dip in form. But he can be a very player. Good luck to him.
