He's got to be looking at flights to Turkey, surely?

He can drop off Dendonker Olsen Coutinho Ings Bailey and Cash on the way.

Something I’ve noticed is that he intentionally carries the ball too close to defenders seemingly with the intention of nutbegging them, it seems to carry a large risk of not coming off.

The team today was ponderous but few players were clearly terrible, Bailey was one of them.

There IS a player in there, but he needs a spell on the sidelines. The few glimpses we've had of him as a player have been down the left, so why the fuck do we persist with him on the right where he has been totally ineffective.

Also think he must have the same shooting coach as Ollie - FFS!

Ings, only days ago, was being hailed as somebody who should be in the first eleven and under no circumstances should he be sold to Everton!

Yes I saw it on Twitter last night, thought it was fairly amusing. 'The Danny Ings Cycle'.

I agree I think he needs a break. Although I do find it odd that some see things as black and white, essentially players have to be consistently good or sold. Bailey is going through a tough time I wouldn’t write him off.

We do need them to be consistently good though, as that's what holds us back and stops us being a top half team. He's not even consistently average with a few good games sprinkled in, most of the time he provides absolutely bugger all. Then he'll score a good goal in the 9th or 10th game, and somehow all is forgotten. It's not remotely good enough, and Bailey is the player who needs replacing the most urgently.

Disagree - I get the point, I do, but I’m not writing him off. I think there’s a player there and there’s plenty I’d want gone before him. All about opinions though.

I'm not quite yet either - he did manage a couple of decent dribbles and balls into the box the second half. Admittedly he had umpteen failures too and was really poor. First half he was really terrible, apart from a role in the build up to the goal.

You could do one of these for almost every player in the squad

I commented to friends at half time yesterday that after Wolves it appears Leon has swapped his Wednesday Toblerone boots for some Sunday clown shoes. The annoying thing is you can see when he gets the ball he knows what he wants to do, he just can’t seem to get his legs and feet to follow culminating in miscontrols, dispossessions, appalling off target shots and general shitness. To be fair he isn’t hiding from the ball but he isn’t exactly endearing himself to the supporters with his current lack of end product.

I said he'd got a new pair of boots for Christmas but seemed to have put the box on his feet instead.
