He's right that we should be giving 4-2-3-1 with proper wingers a go, but it doesn't help him saying it.

Dear oh dear, isn't this the shit we were worried might happen when he had Leon sign his contract down in his Man-Cave on their new version of The Footballers Football Show?

Just need Sanson's new wife to weigh-in on TikTok about the mistreatment of her husband at the Villa and we'll have a mutiny on our hands.

It looks like he's written it with his foot after a night on the juice. The winger part rings true though and thats what pisses me off. We looked as if we were laying foundations behind the scenes and putting a system in place were by we would sign players to fit into a system and any unfortunate managerial changes that needed to be made would fit in with that system aswell, and then we ripped all that up for Steven fucking Gerrard.

What system is it that you think was in place before Steven Gerrard arrived? We'd got rid of one 'Give it To Grealish' and then replaced it with the panic signing of Danny Ings.

I think most would have given you odds of about 1/5000 that this would happen. I agree but you can't be making public posts like that. If anything if you were a manager it would just piss you off more and you wouldn't want to be seen to pander to social media posts.

It just makes me more concerned that there is something not quite right at the club.
