He's still got a good hit on him, his shot in the first half from outside the box was encouraging.
At times we expect too much. His first game was an eye opener he was that good, since then like so many of our newer players he gets injured and has a fair time out. Without injuries it takes time for players to adapt to the speed of the premiership so i would advocate for patience and see how he goes with a full pre season.

I'd also add that Gerrard had to plan his team without wingers due to injuries. Bailey coming back into a formation that doesn't include wingers was always going to be a tough one.
I don't get it. He came with such a reputation but he looks no better than El Ghazi at the moment.
