I may have been quick to call him out for not wanting it tonight.  Sounds like I made a mistake. Something isn’t right with him though and its very worrying why this happening every other match or so.

What's the craic here, did we put him through a rigorous medical or just wave him through ?

Looked the same injury he got against Everton.

Medical? I reckon we just didn’t bother.

Looks like he's suffering from not having much of a pre-season. Probably should've rested him tonight. Definitely wasn't faking it though, you could see him wince and pull up then he tried to run and pulled up straight away. Hopefully just a strain and he'll be back after a couple of weeks.

Concrete Leon - was poor again tonight. Maybe he's trying too hard, but he continues to over-possess the ball when there are better options available.

Maybe you can deny it as there's no evidence it's true

However, he is definitely carrying too much timber/bulk. Rehab needs to include a proper pre season to get him fully fit so he doesn't break down again. I think McGinn would be ideal to move into his spot.

He has talent but he needs to be more of a team player. We had a great move in the first half and he chopped it back instead of laying it off to Ollie on the outside who was in a great position. Could have took the lead.

He needs to work hard to get the basics right.

I worry that we’ve wasted a lot of money on him. I hope we can get him fit for a sustained period but he is certainly fragile.

Who did? Players get injured, it’s a part of the game. A full preseason will help him and that won’t be at Wast Hills.

It's hard to argue that the money spent on Buendia and Bailey has provided any sort of a return yet.

No but then neither has exactly had the ideal scenario to start in.

Bailey needs a rest and proper physio and no rushing back in.
