What's that, 9 now for the season? We talk about having a second striker who can get amongst the goals but nowadays it's more about the wide players contributing and he's doing that.

This season has been 3 seasons in the making and that's worth remembering when we're getting frustrated with Diaby. I'm sure he'll come good in time, our coaching is too good now for it not to.

That's a fantastic return. Just a shame about Ramsey's season, because he's more than capable of chipping in with his share.

Apologies 8 assists, I read nine yesterday somewhere. For all games it is 13 and 12. But he has also been on the pitch for 900 less minutes then Ollie this season.

FPL has it as ten for Bailey, because they (rightly, in my opinion) count winning a penalty as an assist and other places don't.

Which is why Watkins' return with them is a pretty spectacular 19 goals, 15 assists this season.

As an aside, someone needs to change his profile pic on Wiki. He looks like 90's Will Smith.

The maturity from this young man is so wonderful to see and hear. What a season he’s had.

I loved how his first thought after scoring was to sprint towards the away fans. Not in a contrived way either, just a genuinely delighted, want to celebrate with you lot kind of way.

I thought that too. Seems to have a very genuine bond with the fans.

As a rough guide points and goals scored rise at roughly the same rate in the premier league (sometimes a super defensive team does wel land changes that but otherwise it's fairly close) so for top 4 you need 70-75 goals as a target. If you play with 1 up front that means you need 40-50 from the midfield/wings. Bailey, Luiz and McGinn have all stepped up massively this year and added goals which have made a big difference for us.

More generally the only players who've made a significant amount of appearances for us and haven't scored are Kamara, Lenglet and Carlos so the goals have been spread around the squad nicely.

We can improve a lot next season by having a better goals against column.

I think that will happen naturally given how disrupted by injuries our defence has been this season.

Surely Ollie would be overwhelming favourite? Then Bailey, then probably McGinn, Luiz or Martinez. Honourable emntions for Digne, Torres and Konsa. If Rogers finishes the season as he's playing at the moment, him for Young Player. Sorry Jhon. :(
