Of the 5 we took, two could have been saved if the keeper guessed correctly (Tielemans and Bailey), and three were in places that if the keeper saved it, you would wonder how. Both Cash and Luiz pretty much put it in off the post, which is probably how they get them past Martinez in training.

It's a fair point.

You'd need to be a pretty nifty penalty taker to sneak one past Emi, even in training.

He's probably been responsible for a massive upturn in the ability of our penalty takers because I can't imagine he doesn't do all the mindgames and shithousing even in training.

I love Leon and when Moussa follows and reaches his level next season it will be terrifying.

Bailey is such a likeable lad. His attitude and character is incredible and now his footballing ability is just a joy to watch. We obviously had clues about that ability in that Everton cameo two years ago and again about his attitude when he missed that sitter at Wolves last season. It showed how much he cared and wanted to make a difference.

What a player he is and if he’s up there with Ollie for player of season.

That Everton game gave me solace during his barren year. You don't do that without serious ability. I don't think he's played that well since, which sounds like a criticism, but isn't. He was unbelievable that night.

I think he’s probably the best winger in the league at this moment in time. Great attitude, works hard, makes a difference and i will never tire of him looking like he’s about to fall over his own feet before regaining balance and beating two men. Love him.

I watched a compilation of Arsenal fans reacting to the Villa goals against them and some of them seemed to be really annoyed that it was Bailey specifically that scored the first one. Anyone know what that's about?

If they were Jamaican, they aren't enamoured with Bailey as much as we are.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure one of them made reference to him being Jamaican.

Man. City was an amazing 90 minute performance aswell, one of the best you'll see from any wide player this season.

This is the player I saw at Leverkusen for 2-3 years so it was what I was clinging onto when he was really struggling in his first year with injuries and general consistency.

He played two of most outrageously brilliant passes today that Sid would bow down to, and he scored.

The boy is a fucking wizard.

I thought his pass to Rogers was actually bettered by Watkins pass for Diaby.
