I had the shorts from that away kit. Some twat stole them from a backpackers in Brisbane when I was travelling round aus. They missed my qtr of weed though, which was a bonus.

I think this definitely falls under “could’ve been better but could of been a lot worse” hahaha

Elliott, I have that 2002-03 silver MG Rover diadora shirt you were after a while back. Kinsella 26 on the back.

Could you tell me its value, please?

Did you manage to get a valuation for this item? It was in fact a match issue shirt for the League Cup fixture against Liverpool, a one off kit that was never actually used during a game. Quite a rare item was they were only issued to the players for that particular game.

Have you tried the Rangers sites? There may be a few 'Gerrard - 55' shirts for sale shortly.

Tangent here but the official club shop's offerings in terms of memorabilia, souvenirs and retro is quite poor in my opinion. They build it all around the current squad. I would be more inclined to buy classic stuff built around past favourites like Paul McGrath, Paul Merson, JPA etc, people who were loyal to the club and gave me great memories. I think they are missing a trick here.

Edit just did a spot check on the official site. It would seem the club's definition of 'souvenir' is to stick the club badge on a bottle opener, facemask, phone cover etc. Sort it out!

At the Old Trafford game, I went into their "megastore" to see what it was all about. Comparing our shop to that is like comparing your local corner shop to an enormous hypermarket. They must take a squillion quid on match days, and you can buy just about anything you can think of with a Man U logo on it. I saw hair straighteners, pet bowls, razors, everything. And of course thousands of shirts, with all sizes in stock.

I hope Villa get our club shop back from Fanatics then we could sell better and more stuff.
