It would be crazy to rush them back for a few matches at the end of the season when the recovery could get 3 more months for the new season.

Getting some game time can be a big part of the recovery though so, if possible, I'd be all for them both getting some minutes towards the end of the season.

As I've said before when you recover from a injury like this the biggest problem is that the injury and recovery process has an impact on other joints/muscles so you have a far higher risk of injuries in those. By getting some minutes earlier it might help identify those weaknesses and allow them to be targeted in pre-season.

I sure one or both playing could also give the team and the crowd a boost for the run in if we need it.

This too, and it's also a good reason why having Torres on the bench for a couple of games before he was ready wasn't a bad idea because once Konsa got injured I think the fans needed the boost.

Put a post on his Instagram showing him back on the training pitch with a ball.

Of course it is, it's Dem. He'd had his fingers replaced by mallets.

Although you could see there he was blowing at the end. So match fitness still some time away.
