Fantastic to see a Villa team dancing in a huddle on the pitch. Just brilliant

Should've been more convincing - but it's a results business!

A great group of players some of who will grace our first team for years to come. Best of all, its another example of how the club has rediscovered its soul in just a few years.

Keeper did ok there at the end, dealt very well with a succession of Liverpool corners.

The defence held up when required after the midfield and forwards having done the job in the first half.

A complete all-round team performance.

I can confirm that John Terry is not on the pitch in full kit.

What a team of players we have here. Just need to be a bit more clinical with converting chances but that was a wonderful game to watch.

The future is bright.

It should have been 4 or 5-1.

Win the cup final and rush off to get their phones from the changing room

Great stuff lads, we've won the cup, haven't said that recently.

Can't believe people have forgotten Guzan and Del Piero in the Peace Cup so easily.

This is a very exciting bunch of very technically gifted young players who are all learning to play football in such a fluent and entertaining way. The future should be very bright and I can see quite a few actually making it with our own first team.
