Martinez for me. Honourable mentions to Watkins, Grealish and Konsa.

Martinez for me. His 15 clean sheets reflects well on the defence also. Mention for Targett and Watkins who have both been excellent.

Grealish. Martinez has been fantastic. But with Jack all season we could have been chasing top four. Without him, we could be in a relegation battle. That's how vital he is.

Emi.  What an absolute bargain.  Been brilliant behind a very competent defence.  Once we get that midfield anchor sorted, we will be an even better side.

Martinez for me too. One of the cleverest signings we've made in a long time.

He's been out for a third of the year but I just don't think it could have been anyone else. For over half the season Jack wasn't just our player of the season, but possibly the division's. Big honourable mentions for Martinez and Konsa, with Mings and Watkins also impressing and Targett my vote for most improved. But honestly, overall, I just don't see how it could be anyone else.

Can only be Grealish, arguably the best player in the division not just our team. Honourable mentions to Konsa, Targett and Martinez. Don't think Martinez has been as sharp in the second half of the season.

Emi. Best goalie since Bosnich, first time in a decade we don’t look like conceding off every corner, helped made the defence one of the best in the league, seems like a leader on and off it as well. Superb signing.
Closely followed by Targett and obviously Grealish.

Missed Grealish out of my original post. Edited.

I work with a guy who used to work for Southampton’s media team. When we signed Targett I asked him what he was like and he said, ‘nice lad, never a footballer.’

So, I’m going for Targett because I’m glad he’s proved him wrong.

That aside, Grealish, Martinez and Watkins, probably in that order.

Jack. Without him we’d have been fighting relegation all season.

Another Jack vote here.
I’d also like to vote for Emi.
Shame they can’t share it.
