Ballot Success: Get ready to buy tickets
Xx, congratulations! Your ballot entry (ref: xx) has been successful and you will now be able to purchase a ticket for each of the following Fan-ID(s) entered in your application:
You will be able to purchase tickets from 12pm on Monday 17th May until 11:59pm on Wednesday 19th May.
You'll receive an email on Monday with instructions on how to buy your tickets, or you can go straight to tickets.avfc.co.uk > Men's Team > Home Tickets where the match will be available for you to purchase tickets for the Fan IDs listed above once you're logged in.
Please note each attendee must have a Photo ID attached to their ticketing account (unless the fan is under 14).

All tickets are print-at-home and collection is not possible. You must abide by all stadium regulations whilst maintaining social distancing. By attending the match, you agree to comply with the Fans Code of Conduct.
IMPORTANT: All attendees must also complete a Health Declaration questionnaire from 72 hours before attending the fixture, which will be emailed to you ahead of the game. Fans who have not completed this will not be permitted into the stadium.
Before travelling to Villa Park, all fans must assess their own health and the health of those in their group, and understand the risks of attending the game. The lead booker will receive an SMS on the morning of the game as a reminder. Please update your preferences to receive this important message.
