I understand Castore have a got a shop at the new outlet place at Cannock so might be some cheap deals there for those that buy replica shirts?

They have ^. I popped in a while back. Seemed decent stuff and maybe aimed at the under armour market

The white one is quite stylish. The others, not so much.

The home shirt does at least look like a Villa shirt, but as Clive says it does look a bit cheap and nasty. Not much thought seems to have gone into it, but then the whole Castore setup seems a bit suspect to me.

Having said that, it's just a snapshot in poor lighting rather than a marketing shot showing it off at it's best.
Fair comment Drummond - however just looked up the owners of Castore Sports - Tom and Phil Beahon two brothers from Liverpool looking to dominate the sports market with the support of Moshin and Zuber Issa who recently attempted to rescue McColls
Agree with this.

The green one looks like a cheap plastic shopping bag.

Interesting you see a green one. I see blue, black/yellow, claret and blue then the two goalie kits, orange and yellow. Have we our own "what colour is the dress?" kit?

Well I am a bit color-blind so that could be the problem - the second one still looks like a cheap plastic bag though :)

Not particularly impressed if these are the final designs, and don’t like this Castore brand. Home shirt looks like it has feint chevron line detail? Don’t like either the away or third kits at all, however I’m sure they’ll look better on the players than just photos of shirts lay flat. It’s been years since I bought an official shirt so hopefully they’ll be some decent training/casual wear…if not, I’ll stick to my claret polos and hoody.

These don't seem too bad!

If those shirts turn out to be legitimate I can't be mad at all. I'm a sucker for a black kit.

I'll gladly buy one once I hear decent things about the quality.

They are certainly better than these monstrosities - fuck me they are awful

Nothing like bringing back the yellow Henson kit that represented the fall from grace of European champions within 5 years.

You know. I mean, I did wear the full version of it almost solidly for two weeks in Estartit in Spain in the summer of 1987, but I was 10 and knew no better.

The entire design process, for all 5 shirts, must have taken the crack Castore designers most of the afternoon.

Let’s hope they are paying us a fortune & we improve sufficiently to get a big boy supplier next.

Not if they're going to treat us as shabbily as the last time we had "a big boy supplier", thanks.

Which is why we need to improve, so they treat us better.

Christ on the flippin' cross.  People have a meltdown when we have a striped home kit every twenty years, imagine the reaction if they ran out looking like Wycombe fucking Wanderers.  And yeah, a Henson-retro effort aimed at all those lamenting the glory days of Paul Kerr and David Norton.

If you're not keen on our kits there's always someone worse off. Thought the Yanited kit this season was a fairly nice, clean design but next season's is honking. https://imgur.com/a/pLVxs4G/
