My amateur verdict on it :

Looks pretty shit close up
Will be ok from faraway/ telly

It's deffo in the "more you look at it, the worse it is" category.

I don't mind it, it's fine.

I think I should have been a fashion writer.

There's been a £30 off discount code doing the rounds on twitter, which loads have jumped on. Home shirt for £27; training tops for £2; shorts and socks for postage. It popped up half an hour ago, and has just been stopped on the online store. But someone's going to get hauled over the coals tomorrow morning.

Leighton, formally of the parish (I think) was up in arms about that last night. He wasn't a happy chappy..

Wasn’t it a staff discount code? If so I wouldn’t be shocked if everyone got a refund email at some point. Fair play if they get them at that price though

Remember the Reebok ones from 95/96? They were £9 trade!

A bit disappointed that Villa have now gone the route of having the sponsors logo on all training gear too.
Up until last year, you could always buy training gear without sponsors logo's.

Apparently the code worked in other club online shops as well, Man United & Southampton are two mentioned.

I think it is shit.

Last season it was great.

I may purchase a retro shit for this season. One of the Reebok 90s ones. Anyone know where you can get the Reebok logo?
