Watching that goal back, Cash was dreadful for it. Terrible clearance from Martinez too obviously but Cash doesn't track Moura from the first play.

Plus he was waiting for the ball while Moura ran to it.
I thought at the time we'd be lambasting Elmo for that, me especially.
