This season has fizzled out like a day old can of pop. Dean seems clueless and unable to turn things round. The sight of his gormless expression is starting to get on my tits.
This .....i  fear he is out of his depth

When did that happen then? We've improved each season he's been in charge.

Another frustrating but very predictable watch & outcome when the line ups were announced.

Sorry but we have progressed from last season, but we could have kicked on, we had the opportunity to kick on in the January window, we all knew Olly needed support ...

It never came, Jack got injured.... the rest is history.

Even Villa loving Paul Merson summed it up.... embarrassing to be honest!!

Plus I don’t understand why hasn’t more been made of the penalty award? - the ball was out!!! End off

Yep. We miss Grealish. And when he's gone the difference is stark.

All in the past for some supporters.
We've been in the prem for less than 2 seasons and its going to take time.

That sort of realism will never catch on.

I know Dave but it's an opinion I'll keep hold of.

Season over ........Will struggle to stay mid table at this rate
So very disappointing ......some big decisions to be made at the end of the season including the manager .......

Yes because getting us to where we are has been shit.
You may be satisfied with mediocrity ....I ain't
It's not where we are but where we are heading .....no disputing we had a brilliant start but we have reverted to the same dross as last season ...Smith seems both stubborn and limited ...

Give Smith much better players and he'd do much better. With what he's had he's done just fine.

Of course I want us at the top but I'm realistic. As for where we're heading, we've already done way better this season than last, and the season before that.

Realistically, where do you think we should be this season?

Disappointed with how our form has dipped since Christmas, but delighted to have reached the 40 point mark before Easter. Yes we’re inconsistent but this is only our second season back and we’re a young squad. We will improve next season under Smith just like we have the previous seasons under his leadership and coaching staff.
