Still seems to have been left as three tiers atm in contrast to the renders. Perhaps just allowing workers to move around and will put seats in the small gangway eventually,

I think that the section behind the dugouts will continue to be three tiers due to the wheelchair area

At the moment it is still three tiers for the entire length of the stand but as I say maybe that will change.

The Trinity/Holte corner will look better than I imagined. You would think we aren't too far away from seeing the steel work for the North extension going in. Once that goes in the scale of the new part will become really apparent

Have they listed it still there? I thought it had all been moved to the Witton Stand.

Seeing that and I’m no civil engineer, I am struggling to understand why they just don’t take down the whole of the North and start again?  Looks like a lot faffing around to keep the core structure when there is all that space behind it

That would take another 12 months to complete and all the work needs to be done by next summer for us to host in the euros.

The £50mil of concrete used to create the base would take ages to dig out.

As I think we'll re-build Villa Park in its entirety.

Why do you say that?

Once Knotweed Park is open then we will have to wind up as a football club, as there will be no point living in the shadow of the biggest organisation with the best stadium in the history of the universe.  Best make the most of the next few years.

Yep. We've had a brilliant run, but nobody could've planned for the introduction of hot dogs and a big TK Maxx a few miles down the road. It changes everything.
