It would be quite clever, as when inside the Doug Ellis Stand, Rwanda suddenly becomes more appealing.

It's more than time the Witton Lane stand was renamed. Preferably sponsored,  it's what Ellis would want.


At the moment it is the appropriately named stand based on the fact it was built on the cheap and embodies his time at the club

If /when we upgrade it then we rename it

Yeah I suspect the time of renaming will be when it gets rebuilt as it’s a respectful way to handle it.

Gary sat on our bench in Rotterdam '82. Villa could charge £20k for the honour in Salzburg this August, someone would be mad enough to pay it.
