Wow! Are we building a new Post Office Tower in Aston as well?

It is the spitting image of the one on their recent releases isn't it?

They're getting rid of the Holte Hotel, the park and the Expressway?

If we do a stitch of work on our ground we'll only be crystalising our status as legacy has-beens. The Sports Quarter is about to revolutionise the way people sit on their arse on a plastic chair, hopefully eating a sausage wrapped in bread. Nothing will ever be the same again.

It is truly remarkable how they've had an amazing idea to appeal to the altruism of a Hedge Fund to leverage £3bn to build them a totally new concept (bigger ground- why didn't anybody think of that before?!) And also let them keep all the profit. Egg on our faces right now.

Surely the right way to go about this is to announce that we are going to apply for planning permission next March.

Villa’s last home game was on Friday night against Liverpool, paving the way for work to start immediately with a finish of December next year

So 18 months of no North or will it be partially open for the start of the 27/28 season?

I think it's got to be completed 12 months before the Euros to comply with UEFA's timelines.
