Not a bad idea to drive up demand even further when the 50k becomes available.

PTV has been putting posts up about s.73 TPCA (spit), so suspect we'll likely amend the design.

Oh FFS. this season has been tricky with Sunday games. Next we're likely back to Saturday and there won't be any tickets available.

Damn this radical idea of playing football mainly on Saturdays ;) :)

BTW....I prefer Sunday games. It leaves Saturdays available for going to local rugby

Can you (re-)write the 2nd sentence in English please?

It's rarely anything major as S73 allows amendments without resubmitting. I assume it will be related to us starting major work sooner.

There isn’t really a good time to do this given the work required.
They have bitten the bullet and done it one shot. Makes sense to me.

Yes but please explain the acronyms.

The TCPA is the noose around our collective neck; The Town and Country Planning Act. The section referred to allows for adaptations that are not materially altering the scope/nature of design.

For example we have permission for Type A North Stand, we have reverted to Tpe B which is within the planning envelope. If we wanted to go back to a different design, e.g. a hybrid of Type A that does not materially alter within the planning consent, is permissible if applied under s.73. That is a possibility here.

Prime Time Villa put up that we've made a s.73 app.
