Upper North is probably the best view in football. Just don't do any shouting, they hate that.

Best view, huh? Explain pls.

I think he means that you can see the Holte End from there.

Won't accept this slanderous talk of the North Stand.  It's not perfect, but it's got the best view in the ground by a long shot

(and also tends to be cheap enough that I can actually afford tickets there)

For any one of a reasonable height it has a restricted view caused by your own knees.

I haven’t sat in it for many, many years but when I did I found it dark, uncomfortable and without any atmosphere. Maybe it’s changed these days but a complete overhaul is long overdue.

I've been in the Upper North once (never been in the Lower North). I haven't wanted to go back.

Same. I'm 'only' 6ft but I find the seats right on edge of being too small so I can't imagine they'd work for anyone any taller and I agree with Bren it feels dark and 'flat' compared to other parts of the ground.

Upper North is a fantastic view, better than the Upper Holte, it's too cramped though. Lower North was ok with decent prices and atmosphere but I had to have an aisle seat when I had my ST there as I was too tall otherwise.

With how the rebuild works, the legroom wont be improved in the upper tier - with the exception of the new front rows of premium seats.

The lower legroom is irrelevant as everyone stands up. It's close to the pitch and steep so the views are great (probably because you aren't looking at the North Stand).

I've found the atmosphere to be fine and as I object to the ridiculous full price tickets, it's cheaper too.

All depends what you want from football I suppose.

I was wondering about this..so the existing rows won't be changed? Maybe they'll put in the safe-standing rails. It was a bitch sitting there against Lille (I'm six foot one and a half).

Good to see that the redevelopment has started. They look to be moving fast and all.

The new side extentions will be slightly better I think, one or two less rows in total, so a little wider.

Yes that's correct. We observe certain standards and "immigrants" and tourists have to respect our culture.
